REFUND POLICY:

1. A refund may be issued if cancelled before three weeks of event date.
2. If cancelled between three weeks to 72 hours of event date, a refund may be issued if any replacement is found. (NO REFUND will be issued if no replacement is found.)
3. Finding a replacement is not the responsibility of The Great Outdoors, and hence not guaranteed.
4. If cancelled within 72 hours of the event, NO REFUND may be issued irrespective of any replacements.

Final word of the Organiser Policy
Depending on situations on hand, the event organiser may choose to modify the published schedule without need of the acceptance of the group/
The organiser, in his/her abundant experience is given free will to exercise this extra-ordinary power in unavoidable circumstances.
Once a decision is made, the organiser's world is final and cannot / should not be challenged. This is keeping in view that most of the events include a possibility of personal injury and risk and that the organiser's decision is taken in the larger interest of the group.
No refund will be given if one or more scheduled stops are missed due to unavoidable circumstances with the local conditions. The member will not request for the same from The Great Outdoors as well.

No attendee will engage in debate involving religion and politics. All such matters of religion and politics will be kept private and no discussion solicited or otherwise is permitted.

There is a complete ban on smoking and alcohol during the entire event unless mentioned otherwise by the organiser. In treks and other nature events, there is no leeway to bypass this rule. In leisure events where a buffer day is available at a metripolitan, this rule will not apply provided the indulging member does not cause discomfort to any of the other attendees.

The attendee will follow all laws of the land regarding personally identifiable documents, licenses, permits, etc. as applicable, and will follow in their best knowledge, all rules laid down by government and legislative authorities while participating in the events.

No profane language will be used during event against any other attending member.

Any of the above rules being broken will cause in the attendee to be ejected from the event with no possibility of a refund.
